Another start of the week has come (if you count Sunday as the start of the week
) and for me, it’s going to be a busy one!
Woke up at 7:30, I couldn’t sleep any more.
So, I decided to get up, open my shade, stare outside and think of 10 things I was grateful for.
Yes, yes, I did write them down.
I even think I will start doing this everyday. Write 10 things I am grateful for, no matter how insignificant or giagantic they might be, they have meaning!
I challenge all of you (if you aren’t already doing this) to write down every day 1o things you are grateful for, as well as, take 20 minutes to just do something for yourself in that time you are writing down what you are grateful for (it can be a couple of words or a couple of sentences for each, don’t limit yourself).
Trust me, it’s well worth it!
