It’s TOO early for this ISH!

This morning, to be honest, I woke up oh, about 15 mintutes ago. Well, I was up earlier but didn’t get out of bed until then.

When I decided, hey it’s only 7:50, I’m going to do some laundry!

I get my stuff together and go to open the laundry door when,

I hear wild flapping!

I open the door a bit more and see like

THREE, I REPEAT THREE FAT PIGEONS!!!!! Flying around our landry room!

Man, all I want to do is my laundry and not get attacked by some birds.

So, I close the door.

Open it one more time to make sure my eyes aren’t just seeing things as I have my glasses from 5th grade on,

and yup,

it’s fat pigeons all right!

This time I close the door for real and go to the other laundry room on the second floor

where I can do my laundry in pigeon peace!

Now, who do I tell that we need to help the pigeons escape?

I don’t think anyone is up yet.

This wasn’t my idea of the morning I was going to have,

but it sure woke me up!

Time to study for my finals this week!

This Is What Happens

Who knows what, if anything will hit.

Is there really such a thing as truth anymore? Or just lies that we view as truth?

Days Are Like Moments, Just Extended.

Some days life doesn’t go how I want it to

and some days pass by like the river to my left.

So here’s my hope that I’ll keep living this life like my heart is beating for two

and just because there may be two lives

it doesn’t mean it make this whole thing any easier.

And I’ll dream that this neighbor of mine will make it through the night

just one more time.

It takes a little bit of hope

that I’ll keep living this life like my heart is beating for two

just to make sure that someone special can see that

some days life doesn’t go how we want it

and some days pass like the river to our left.

We have to see that we are not as far apart as it seems

because we all have little moments that change our lives

to become more human.

It’s Sunday FUNday!

It's a wonderful day!

Another start of the week has come (if you count Sunday as the start of the week ) and for me, it’s going to be a busy one!

Woke up at 7:30, I couldn’t sleep any more.

So, I decided to get up, open my shade, stare outside and think of 10 things I was grateful for.

Yes, yes, I did write them down.

I even think I will start doing this everyday. Write 10 things I am grateful for, no matter how insignificant or giagantic they might be, they have meaning!

I challenge all of you (if you aren’t already doing this) to write down every day 1o things you are grateful for, as well as, take 20 minutes to just do something for yourself in that time you are writing down what you are grateful for (it can be a couple of words or a couple of sentences for each, don’t limit yourself).

Trust me, it’s well worth it!

It’s A Great Day!

So, if you haven’t heard, my state is going to get hit with a blizzard. Who knows how bad it will be or if the city I am will get hit, but I am not letting (the posibility of) snow ruin my great day so far!!!

First thing that made it soo wonderful is that midterm I took and thought I failed, I got a B+!!! Woot Woot, tengo una fiesta!!

And the other thing that made my morning is that I turned in all of my stuff for the study abroad application!! Just have to have my insurance company send them a letter and then get approved.
